need and his aims, his business and its values and culture.

suitable candidates may be found; every company and its culture
and business are different.

for selection. Selection process will take place to have the qualified

the whole search process, close communication with the client/user

Selected qualified and experinced candidates’ resume then
will be sent, so our client will make their focus sellection on
our proposed candidates. The next process are the clients interview
potential candidates.

After the client have final decission, then the selection process
is ended, but as we guarantee, our free replacement warranty will
be provided for one year if successful candidate that becoming client’s
employee resign from the client’s company.
