If the accepted candidate that is becoming Client's employee resign within 12 (twelve) months after his/her first date of working, GlobalCareer will mobilize all efforts to replace that employee without any additional fee as long as Client has paid GlobalCareer's the amount that is noticed in invoice letter within 14 (fourteen) days from date of the invoice letter.
